About the event
We're having a healthy Christmas get together, starting at Sapien and finishing in nature!
- Yoga 8-9
- Cali 9:15 -10:30
- Hike 10:30 - 12:00
Just turn up bring your boots, 8am Friday 29th and we'll ply you with Coffee and snacks (if you want them) before Rosie's kicks things off with a festive Vinyasa flow (suitable for all abilities).
After that (and probably some more snacks) we'll head to the gym for a playful Cali workout (suitable for all abilities) on the rings & bars.
And lastly we'll be heading up onto the local South Downs to appreciate some nature (you can duck out of this if you need to). Hopefully Wolstonbury Hill (clear skies) or Newtimber Hill for a muddy mission!
