Sweat it out and learn to move like a pro with our weekly BOXING coaching class. WHAT'S IT GOOD FOR? Stamina, power, cardiovascular output, learning how to throw a decent punch, and too many neurological benefits to mention (including reflexes, hand-eye coordination, and proprioception). CLASS FORMAT Mostly padwork, plus footwork drills & punch technique. This is a non-contact class, and we don't spar or place anyone in a situation they don't like (please be aware this is not your average Boxercise or Body Combat class). DOES IT MATTER IF I'M A BEGINNER? No, beginners are welcome! This class teaches you to Box, and is as close to real boxing as you can get before you go amateur. If you're anxious you might want to get a 1:1 in with one of our coaches before your first class (not-essential). DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT? Nope, we got everything you need here in the studio. But we recommend getting your own wraps & gloves if you plan on making this a habit (we can help you with where to find them).
