STRONG is a strength & conditioning class, coaching you through 3 big compound exercises (plus loads of cool accessory moves), predominantly focussing on developing your physical strength. WHAT'S IT GOOD FOR? Physical longevity, maintaining muscle mass (and preventing muscular atrophy), improving bone health, cardiovascular output, sexier muscles, feeling solid with a barbell in your hands. CLASS FORMAT Each session works around 3-4 compound exercises (think deadlifts, squats, rows, and presses) working on our total strength output in mini-teams. We help each other load up the bar and push for another rep, and make sure that together we all get progress and lifelong physical benefits! EXPERIENCE NEEDED? Nope, beginners are totally welcome. We adapt each exercise to your body, and the coach will make sure you're doing it right!
